Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Associate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strategic relationships for an assigned book of global benefits clients and support consultants in providing client services
  • Evaluate clients' strategic business objectives to develop optimal benefits strategies and lead client meetings and presentations
  • Supervise and mentor Global Benefits Analysts while performing research for internal projects and liaising with local offices and partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or liberal arts, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
  • 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry, with global benefits experience preferred
  • Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
