Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Change Management Consultant (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness, including conducting change management and stakeholder impact assessments
- Develop and execute change readiness strategies and communication plans for large-scale projects, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to change management and monitor the execution of change readiness plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of experience in business, communications, and/or organizational change management
- Certified Change Management Professional preferred
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to establish strong relationships and influence others at all organizational levels
