Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Automation Manager to oversee automation initiatives and guide teams in enhancing client operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the automation strategy and design tailored roadmaps for Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients
• Guide the team in creating high-impact workflows and monitor client engagement to deepen platform adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely support and relay product feedback for roadmap prioritization

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing leadership role
• Strong familiarity with Managed Service Provider tools and processes
• Experience analyzing processes and mapping automation opportunities to business value
• Experience with scripting or automation tools, such as PowerShell or UiPath
• Ability to obtain and maintain required product certifications
