Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the automation strategy and design tailored roadmaps for Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients
- Guide the team in creating high-impact workflows and monitor client engagement to deepen platform adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely support and relay product feedback for roadmap prioritization
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing leadership role
- Strong familiarity with Managed Service Provider tools and processes
- Experience analyzing processes and mapping automation opportunities to business value
- Experience with scripting or automation tools, such as PowerShell or UiPath
- Ability to obtain and maintain required product certifications
