A company is looking for an IAS Consultant to provide technical and operational support within Integrated Absence Solutions Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess absence management needs and recommend customized solutions
- Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and local leave regulations
- Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of integrated absence management programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources consulting
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
- Ability to make plan design recommendations based on supporting data for life and disability benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or absence management systems
