Senior SAP SM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr SAP SM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warranty, whole unit exchange, repair processes, and service notifications/orders with SAP configuration
• Analyze business requirements and perform necessary SAP configurations while writing detailed specifications for ABAP development
• Oversee interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring effective integration and logistics execution

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SAP Service Management, including notifications, service orders, and billing
• Expertise in contracts related to value, quantity, and service
• Experience with revenue recognition and repair order processes
• Familiarity with customer service master data management
• Knowledge of Idoc setup and EDI/Idoc integration
