Business Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Transformation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic roadmaps and identify process improvement opportunities
• Translate strategic transformation objectives into actionable plans and conduct complex business diagnostics
• Lead the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate workshops to address organizational challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Proficient in project management tools and continuous process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred
• Experience in the healthcare, payer, or managed care space highly preferred
