Key Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients by optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies
• Lead a team of sourcing professionals to achieve strategic outcomes and conduct market trend analysis
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies while managing supplier relationships and performance programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 7+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred
• Experience in project management and business transitions is preferred
• Strong analytical ability and proven leadership skills in a decentralized environment
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Interpersonal and organizational skills are essential
