Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal Software Licensing requests and coordinate the end-to-end process to payment
• Ensure the accuracy of software licensing databases and renewal reports
• Assist in evaluating vendor performance and managing vendor remediation tracking or termination notices as required

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably with large-scale software vendors
• Proficient in Excel and strong data analysis skills
• Experience with ERP applications such as Workday, SAP, or Coupa
• Strong background in business administration or a related field
• Ability to work independently
