• Manage the selection of 3rd party category suppliers and lead advanced procurement activities
• Implement strategies to achieve cost reduction goals and improve working capital
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and support product launches and supplier management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Materials Management
• Proven category management experience with results
• Supervisory or management experience of global cross-functional teams
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
