Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager for DC Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for data center and telecoms infrastructure and services
• Lead the entire procurement lifecycle, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Manage supplier relationships and drive high supplier performance through regular evaluations and reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in data centers or related industries
• Proven track record managing the full sourcing lifecycle, including contract negotiations and supplier selection
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure components
• Experience managing large vendor contracts and familiarity with compliance frameworks
• Proficiency with procurement and sourcing tools, and strong data analysis capabilities
