Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager in the Health Care sector, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for equipment, supplies, and services
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sourcing decisions
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance and mitigate supply risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's degree preferred
• CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) preferred
• Five years of related experience required, with three years in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management
• Experience in a healthcare Supply Chain Management environment preferred
• Familiarity with project management and Workday preferred
