Senior Procurement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the procurement function, aligning strategies with business objectives
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and oversee vendor selection and performance management
• Partner with internal stakeholders to meet material and service needs and enhance procurement processes

Required Qualifications

• Biopharma or life sciences industry experience required; exposure to clinical and commercial environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable procurement functions, including P2P systems
