Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex procurements, projects, and processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Perform fundamental procurement activities, including the acquisition of materials and services
- Conduct price/cost analysis and provide proposal support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of procurement experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of procurement experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with government buying and familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements
- Ability to issue supplier contracts above the micro-purchase level ($10k)
- Willingness to support supplier contracts above TINA ($2M) with minimal guidance
