Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team members to deliver an end-to-end solution through the sales and transitions process
• Measure and monitor team performance while prioritizing tasks based on the new business pipeline
• Engage with key stakeholders to develop a Sourcing Program and ensure compliance with contractual terms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• 10+ years of strategic sourcing and/or sales solution development experience; MBA preferred
• High-level business and commercial acumen
• Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change
• Complex negotiation skills and proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments
