Procurement Buyer I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Buyer I responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process within the Coupa Procure-to-Pay system.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa
• Source products and services from approved suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and provide training on Coupa best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of Purchasing / Procurement experience, with Coupa experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay Processes and Supplier Management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Coupa Buyer and/or Coupa Admin Certification a plus
