Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support all software and hardware renewals from initial assessment through PO requisition
• Maintain a centralized renewals calendar to prevent service lapses and maximize planning visibility
• Engage stakeholders to analyze usage data, forecast future needs, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in technology sourcing or contract management
• Strong understanding of software licensing structures and pricing models
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms for cost savings
• Experience conducting financial analysis to support renewal decisions
