Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I to support the management and oversight of compliance with organizational and Health Plan contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of Product Attachments and compliance requirements for vendor contracts
- Support contracting standards and maintain accurate records of contract compliance documents
- Deliver customer service to internal stakeholders throughout the contracting process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- General knowledge of procurement concepts and processes required
- 1+ years of experience reviewing complex legal and commercial terms under supervision required
- 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in healthcare or managed care settings preferred
- Experience with government procurement or contract lifecycle management tools preferred
