Procurement Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist I to support the management and oversight of compliance with organizational and Health Plan contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of Product Attachments and compliance requirements for vendor contracts
• Support contracting standards and maintain accurate records of contract compliance documents
• Deliver customer service to internal stakeholders throughout the contracting process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• General knowledge of procurement concepts and processes required
• 1+ years of experience reviewing complex legal and commercial terms under supervision required
• 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in healthcare or managed care settings preferred
• Experience with government procurement or contract lifecycle management tools preferred
