Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate purchasing matters with various departments and senior management
- Work with the Accounts Payable team to resolve invoicing issues and maintain supplier payment terms
- Manage multiple vendors and expedite product flow to prevent stock-out situations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience preferred
- High level of organizational skills and time management required
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
