Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Services Manager to join their Strategic Sourcing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for various services
• Lead a team of Sourcing Specialists and manage supplier selection and negotiation processes
• Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in RFP/RFI processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
