Senior Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Category Manager to join their strategic sourcing team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish sourcing strategies and conduct sourcing events for assigned categories
• Develop and implement bid documents and manage performance metrics of sourcing activities
• Review supplier relationships and manage vendor performance within assigned categories

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong vendor management and contract review skills
• Experience with KPI development and sourcing strategy implementation
