Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement procurement activities for raw materials, goods, and services
  • Negotiate with suppliers and analyze their operations to determine pricing and quality factors
  • Manage contract awards and ensure compliance with delivery schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of procurement experience or 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree with 6 years of procurement experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related procurement experience is required
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or (DFAR) is preferred
  • Knowledge of procurement documentation and methods for analyzing quality of goods and services
  • Ability to conduct price analysis and simple proposal evaluations
