Senior Manager, Category Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Category Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Population Health & Clinical Services Category Strategy
• Manage the Category team and oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance and performance tracking
• Facilitate strategic sourcing initiatives and monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in category management, preferably within the healthcare industry
• CPM/CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to collaborate effectively in Teams and manage complex contract negotiations
