Assistant Buyer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Buyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through communication with vendors and internal teams
• Create and manage purchase orders while overseeing promotional pricing and product flow
• Prepare product analysis and resolve issues related to product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in allocation and buying or assistant buying functions preferred
• Understanding of the Open to Buy process and assortment planning
• Knowledge of GM%, MU%, and GM$ metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
