Key Responsibilities

- Monitor student progress and engagement, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely responses to parent inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably from a US/UK university
- Professional fluency in Mandarin
- Experience in customer service and parent liaising, preferably in an educational context
- Knowledge of education systems and university admissions is advantageous
- Familiarity with mentoring, coaching, or youth development is a plus
