Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller, Outsourced Accounting in the Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote accounting team, overseeing scope of work, job time budgets, and profitability
• Provide advisory services to clients regarding financial statements and maintain relationships with client CFOs
• Ensure financial reporting accuracy and mentor direct reports in their roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience with cost accounting and financial forecasting
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
