Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a broad-based marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong preference for candidates with healthcare marketing experience, particularly in value-based care
- Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Solid understanding of KPIs and ROI, with experience in performance tracking and analysis
