A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized marketing operations processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve speed-to-market
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes for marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring seamless transitions and operational readiness
- Establish department-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are actively used by teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, including process design and agency lifecycle management
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams required
- Strong familiarity with Adobe product suite preferred
