Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Drive customer activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell efforts
- Own the engagement marketing roadmap and lead A/B testing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle and/or product marketing, preferably in consumer tech, fintech, or financial services
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting
- Proven experience developing and executing A/B tests and iteration roadmaps
- Experience with reporting tools and translating data into actionable recommendations
