A company is looking for a Marketing Operations & Digital Demand Generation Leader (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive MQL and SQL growth
- Manage lead nurture programs and develop target account campaigns in alignment with sales strategies
- Own the marketing tech stack and maintain accurate reporting dashboards for performance insights
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, SaaS, or compliance-related industries
- Proven track record of digital demand generation with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Pardot
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and experience marketing to small or medium-sized businesses is preferred
