Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Marketing Director, EMEA to lead the development and execution of regional field marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the EMEA sales team to create a field marketing plan aligned with strategic priorities and revenue goals
- Plan and execute demand generation and ABM programs, including webinars, digital campaigns, and events
- Manage the field marketing budget and performance metrics, analyzing ROI and optimizing based on insights
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B field marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a director or regional leadership role
- Proven success in executing integrated field marketing programs across diverse EMEA markets
- Experience with account-based marketing campaigns and collaborative partner-based campaigns
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to report on program effectiveness
- Language proficiency in English required; German or French is highly desired
