Key Responsibilities

- Establish a structured internal communications framework for employees and management
- Nurture company culture and values while supporting corporate events and branded merchandise initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as DevRel, Brand Manager, or Communications Manager in the IT or Big Tech sectors
- At least 3 years of experience in mid-to-large companies (500+ employees)
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing company culture
- Proven track record in developing an employer brand (preferred)
