Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation aligned with GTM strategy and revenue targets
- Plan, create, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
- Oversee CRM management and ensure data integrity while defining lead qualification criteria
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, lead nurturing, and CRM management in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree with a track record of continuous education
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analytics and reporting tools
- Experience managing external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders
