Key Responsibilities
- Run point on customer success by writing playbooks, tracking usage, and turning feedback into action
- Own marketing efforts including LinkedIn posts, blog content, SEO, and email campaigns
- Help scale partnerships through organizing webinars, co-marketing events, and outreach initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CX, content, or partnerships at an early-stage startup
- Experience in marketing AI or B2B software is a plus
- Ability to write clearly and think in systems
- Strong interest in customer engagement and understanding user needs
- Creative and resourceful with a passion for building brands from scratch
