Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Communications and Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all communications directed to the National Dealer Network
- Lead dealer training initiatives aimed at converting leads into sales
- Organize and facilitate monthly/quarterly success calls with each dealer in the network
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years in home improvement marketing training and leadership roles
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
