Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze paid media campaigns across various channels, including Native, Search, Display, and Paid Social
- Perform daily campaign management, including budget allocation, bidding management, and ad creative optimizations
- Track and report campaign performance metrics while leading a structured test-and-learn strategy for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in scaling positive ROI ecommerce performance campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets
- In-platform experience with Meta and Google
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
