Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Go-to-Market strategy and marketing programs to achieve lead, SQL, and pipeline goals while maximizing ROI
- Manage program marketing budget and develop an integrated mix of marketing tactics
- Lead a demand generation team, optimizing processes and campaign strategies while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of demand generation experience in a high growth B2B SaaS/software company
- Proven leadership ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a team
- Extensive experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Strong project management and organizational skills to execute complex campaigns
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for performance data interpretation and reporting
