A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Create email/SMS journeys to activate new leads from ad click to scheduled appointment and prescription start
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to build high-performing landing page flows and lead magnets
- Analyze lifecycle funnel data to identify high-leverage segments and drop-off points
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in DTC health, wellness, or subscription-based services
- Strong command of messaging strategy, conversion copywriting, and behavior-based segmentation
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) from idea through implementation
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing lifecycle KPIs and campaign results
- Highly organized and self-driven, able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
