Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Inspector responsible for performing due diligence inspections on properties and assisting with construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and specific repairs needed
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks that need to be completed in the field

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA, but not a firm requirement
• Mid-level experience in home inspection or related field
• Ability to install/remove lockboxes and deliver necessary equipment to houses
