Massachusetts Licensed System Director of Utilization Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Director of Utilization Management, primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of utilization review functions
• Lead the development of policies to standardize practices in Utilization Management
• Coordinate and collaborate with various leaders to address operational issues and review performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Massachusetts RN Licensure
• Current certification in case/utilization management (ACM, CCM, CMAC)
• Seven years of UM/Case Management experience in an acute-care hospital or multi-hospital system, including two years of supervisory experience
