Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects between the company's platform and third-party systems using APIs and connectors
• Consult with stakeholders on implementing complex technical solutions and scoping custom integrations
• Troubleshoot issues, identify product gaps, and document operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration development role, preferably with SaaS platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with CX/CCaaS solutions and API-based integrations (REST, JSON)
• Hands-on expertise with MongoDB and familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language
• Proficiency with data exchanges and APIs
