Material Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Compliance Associate, responsible for supporting compliance processes in marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Brand Marketers in the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) review process
• Quality check submissions to ensure adherence to internal standards and FDA requirements
• Provide administrative support during review meetings and assist with label updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications Project Management
• Experience in project management within regulated industries preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe products
• Experience managing the approval process of high-volume marketing materials
• Copy-editing experience with strong typing and spelling skills
