Math Adjunct Faculty-Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Math Adjunct Faculty-Coach for the LE3 Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate at least one 4-week online course, leading live virtual classes and engaging students through active learning techniques
• Provide group coaching for students, applying the GRoW coaching model to help them achieve personal, academic, and career goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to track student progress and participate in team meetings for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher with 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant teaching experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in leadership, facilitation, workforce development, or adult learning
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, working adult learners
• Comfort with digital tools such as Zoom, D2L, and Slack
• Postsecondary teaching experience, particularly in online or hybrid formats, is preferred
