New Mexico Licensed School Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Social Worker, LCSW - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of students' mental health and behavioral needs in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide individual and group counseling services addressing various emotional and social issues
• Respond to crises and participate in the development of IEPs and 504 Plans

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent
• Experience providing clinical or school-based social work services to children and adolescents
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis response
• Knowledge of school systems and evidence-based interventions
