Mechanical Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Estimator who will be responsible for creating and managing budgets and improving cost evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage standardized estimate cost reporting frameworks for construction costs
• Prepare estimate evaluation reports and validate scopes against predefined matrices
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide high-level estimates for program planning and projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of cost management or estimating experience
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools
• Data Center and Commercial experience required; Field experience preferred
