A company is looking for an Associate Director, Media Strategy and Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive media plans to support go-to-market objectives and oversee execution of tactical media plans
- Oversee media impact on sales, collaborating with finance and sales teams for forecasting
- Manage the media team to develop and execute online and offline media plans, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive Marketing or related experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience with direct and/or indirect reports
- 3+ years of experience managing a budget and applying sales forecasting skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated understanding of integrated marketing across various business functions
