Key Responsibilities

• Write and refine medical guidelines and prompts for LLMs to ensure accurate clinical responses
• Organize medical databases and develop evaluation frameworks for assessing LLM performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams and physician networks to enhance AI integration and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent; completed residency in any specialty
• Strong clinical decision-making skills with experience in urgent care, primary care, or internal medicine preferred
• Data science background and understanding of managing large databases
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI and large language models, with interest in prompt engineering
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and develop clinical protocols or guidelines
