A company is looking for an Escrow Officer in California for Default Services - REO.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the closing of assigned files and ensure timely finalization of the closing process
- Prepare and verify the accuracy of closing documents in compliance with state requirements and client instructions
- Monitor work-in-progress reports to meet client turnaround time commitments and address inquiries from various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as an Escrow Officer or Closing Coordinator
- Practical work experience within the mortgage loan department of a lending institution
- Working knowledge of real estate titles and deed preparation
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products
