Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Officer in Virginia (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and legal documents to identify issues affecting transactions
• Prepare closing documents and conduct closings in accordance with state regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate is a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in escrow, title services, or real estate transactions
• Active Escrow Officer license is required
• Notary preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office and escrow management systems
