Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Senior Health Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the health Plan Network with external stakeholders and community organizations
• Collaborate with DFPS Well Being Specialists to troubleshoot complex cases and recommend solutions
• Oversee Health Liaison education and Health Equity Initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• 5+ years of experience in a social service agency or advocacy environment
• Direct experience in child welfare and Indian Child Welfare
• Licensure as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is highly preferred
• Ability to work in ever-changing situations and demonstrate flexibility
