A company is looking for a Claims Analyst Leave Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and determine claim payments accurately and timely
- Make claim decisions on non-complex disability claims
- Manage assigned work queues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management
- 2 years of experience in short-term disability or paid leave claims management
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook
- Bachelor's degree preferred
